Lavender Project
The Lavender Project was initiated in 2024 as a response to personal experiences and a commitment to empower women. The founder, having faced significant challenges as a single mother, recognized the resilience and potential within women from all walks of life. After losing her job in June 2023, she found renewed motivation and faith through her support system, choosing to transform adversity into an opportunity for positive change.
Determined to make a difference, she envisioned a project that would uplift and support women. With the blessing of someone who believed in her vision, she selected 30 women to empower, creating a nonprofit organization that embodies the spirit of women helping one another. The Lavender Project aims to inspire women to pursue their dreams, echoing the sentiment of Serena Williams that every woman's success can inspire another. Through this initiative, the founder hopes to foster a community of support, encouragement, and shared success.
